Ascension Trials does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. The App:
- Does not require account creation
- Does not ask for your name, email, or any personal details
- Does not use analytics frameworks or tracking SDKs
- Does not make any network requests
- Does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other device features
2. Local Data Storage
The only data the App stores is your game progress:
- Highest unlocked boss — which trial you've reached
- Completed bosses — which trials you've beaten
This data is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. It never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
3. Third-Party Services
Ascension Trials uses zero third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks. The App contains:
- No Firebase
- No Google Analytics
- No Facebook SDK
- No advertising networks
- No crash reporting tools
- No external dependencies of any kind
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, which is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. What We Do NOT Do
We do NOT:
- Collect any personal information
- Track your activity within or outside the App
- Display advertisements
- Sell, share, or transmit any data to anyone
- Use cookies or similar tracking technologies
- Create user profiles
- Send push notifications, emails, or any communications
5. Children's Privacy
Ascension Trials is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information from any user, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.
6. Your Rights
Since we do not collect any data, there is no personal data to access, modify, export, or delete. Your game progress is stored entirely on your device and is under your full control.
- Delete data: Uninstall the App to remove all stored progress
- No tracking to opt out of: We don't track you in the first place
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Given that we collect no data, material changes are unlikely.
