How do I reset my game progress?
Delete and reinstall the app. All progress is stored locally on your device, so reinstalling will start fresh.
Does the game require an internet connection?
No. Ascension Trials works entirely offline. No internet connection needed.
I'm stuck on a boss. Any hints?
Every boss has a unique mechanic that punishes brute force. Read the boss description carefully, observe what happens each turn, and think about which skills counter the mechanic. There is exactly one optimal solution.
Is there a way to back up my progress?
Currently, progress is stored locally on your device. There is no cloud sync. We recommend not deleting the app if you want to keep your progress.
The app isn't working on my device. What should I do?
Ascension Trials requires iOS 17.0 or later. Make sure your device is updated. If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app, then contact us using the form above.
